About Spirit Shift
Spirit Shift was born from a love of creativity, ceremony, nature and sound, and a desire to create things that carry meaning beyond the purely decorative.
At the heart of Spirit Shift is Talia, an artist, maker and sound practitioner who has spent over a decade creating, holding space and exploring different spiritual and wellbeing practices.
For Tai, creativity has always been a form of meditation. There is something about working with the hands, being surrounded by natural materials and allowing an idea to unfold organically that brings her into a place of stillness and connection.

Everything within Spirit Shift is created slowly and consciously.
Our pieces incorporate natural, locally sourced, foraged, repurposed and pre-loved materials wherever possible, celebrating the beauty of nature while being mindful of what we take from it.
Many of our creations are made within a ceremonial environment, accompanied by music, mantra and intention. Reiki and other energetic practices may also form part of Tai's personal creative process.
Rather than producing identical pieces in large quantities, we embrace the individuality of handmade work. Natural variations, imperfections and differences are part of what make each creation completely its own.

Over the years, thousands of Spirit Shift creations have found their way into homes, healing spaces, ceremonies and sacred spaces around the world — and it remains incredibly special knowing that something made here by hand becomes part of somebody else's story.
