Unless we have agreed on a different shipping option, all orders are sent out with Royal Mail.

UK orders are sent as Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International orders are sent as Royal Mail International Tracked.

All orders including UK and international will receive tracking.

If you want to arrange your own shipping please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We are based in Dartford UK. If you are local to the area and would like to arrange collection instead of postage please just let us know.

Since our Chakapas are made to order and extremely personalised this means that it can take a few weeks to be created.

We aim to create and send Chakapas within 4 weeks of the order being placed but we are often able to send them out much quicker, usually around 2 weeks.
