We cannot guarantee returns as we make your chakapas specifically for you. But please do get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Unless we have agreed on a different shipping option, all orders are sent via Royal Mail.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Tracking details will be provided for all orders.

Once an international order reaches its destination country, delivery is handled by the local postal or courier service. If you experience any delivery issues at this stage, we recommend contacting them directly with your tracking number, as they will usually have the most up-to-date information.

Since our Chakapas are made to order and extremely personalised this means that it can take a few weeks to be created.

We aim to create and send Chakapas within 4 weeks of the order being placed but we are often able to send them out much quicker, usually around 2 weeks.
